RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
DAMAGED PARTS AND EQUIPMENT
Graffco, Inc. will provide a refund for any item that is damaged upon arrival. Graffco, Inc. must be notified within 3 business days of receiving the damaged item. The refund will be processed once the item has been returned to Graffco, Inc. Graffco, Inc. is not responsible for refunding the original shipping cost and is not liable for any labor charges.
USED, RECONDITIONED AND NEW PARTS/PETROLEUM EQUIPMENT
Used parts, electronics and equipment will hold a 30 day refund policy from the date of purchase. New and reconditioned parts will be covered under a 90 day refund policy from the date of purchase. A refund will be processed once the item has been returned to Graffco, Inc.
ALL special and/or customized orders are NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Graffco, Inc. uses UPS and USPS as our carriers of choice for small parts and electronics. For our petroleum equipment and larger parts, we use a variety of carriers including but not limited to YRC and BJ Transport.
CONDITION OF A RETURNED ITEM
All items must be returned in the condition that they were received in. All original packaging, accessories and/or manuals must be included in order for the item to be refunded.
Graffco, Inc. reserves the right to apply a 25 percent restocking fee. Once we have received the Return Form and the product has been inspected, you will receive the remaining balance from your returned purchase.
