Product Disclaimer
While we do our best to provide accurate and reliable information, we cannot guarantee or extend a warranty regarding the accuracy, adequacy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on our online site.
Condition of Products
Used: Item is cleaned and inspected. May have some defects, minor scratches and dents.
Used/Tested: Item is cleaned and tested to make sure it is in good working condition. May have some defects but won’t affect items use.
Reconditioned: Item is cleaned and tested then restored to as close to new condition as possible. May have some slight minor defects but won’t affect items use.
New: Item is cleaned and tested. Never been installed or used. Items that are out of factory packaging may have slight minor defects that will not affect items use.
Warranty Info
Graffco will provide a replacement and or full refund for any item that is received D.O.A and Graffco is notified within 7 business days. Used parts and equipment will hold a 30 day parts exchange/refund policy & new and reconditioned parts with be covered under a 90 day parts exchange/refund policy.
Graffco will not be responsible or liable for any labor charges, travel charges, loss of use or loss of revenue.
Graffco will cover replacement of warranty items by UPS Ground to the customer and provide a UPS return label for warranty replacements. Any item returned without Graffco’s prior approval will not be entitled to shipping credit of any kind.
Warranty Exclusions: Any product that has been; Damaged from Improper Installation, Altered, Tampered with, or Customer Abuse. Graffco has the right to refuse any warranty claim that falls under these categories.
