GRAFFCO PRODUCT EXPLANATION AND WARRANTY POLICIES

  1. Graffco sells petroleum equipment products only and is not a service company. Therefore, in the event that you feel you have a Warranty claim on a product you have purchased, the Graffco Warranty does not cover any labor or labor-related costs.
  2. If you feel you have a problem that is covered under warranty then Graffco must be contacted immediately before any work is done to verify that it is actually a warranty issue.
  3. Warranty Claim must be opened with Graffco, and a Graffco approved technician in your area must be used.
  4. Any and all parts covered under the Warranty must come from Graffco unless approved otherwise by an authorized employee of Graffco.
  5. All Graffco parts are marked for identification so the faulty Graffco part must be returned to Graffco and not a replacement part from someone else.
  6. No Graffco Warranty covers any items found to be damaged by improper installation or faulty wiring on site.

 

GENERAL EXCLUSIONS TO WARRANTIES BY GRAFFCO

Warranty is extended to only the original purchaser (individual or company) and cannot be transferred to any other parties.

 

Warranty begins five (5) days from the date equipment is shipped unless approved to be extended because of distance traveled (i.e. Alaska, Peru etc.)

 

Warranty claims cannot exceed the amount paid by the original purchaser at the time of purchase and applied only to equipment that has been paid for in full at the time of the warranty claim.

 

Warranty is only applicable to equipment sold in the United States.

 

Warranty is voided if the unit has been altered in any manner from when originally received.

 

Warranty does not cover damage caused by shipping companies, third parties or their authorized agents, unreasonable use, accidents, fire, flood, power surges, liquid spills, neglect, misuse, acts of God, war, abuse or other causes not directly related to defects in materials or workmanship caused by Graffco.

 

Warranty does not cover indirect or consequential damage such as improper handling of the purchased goods, environmental damage, product damage, loss of product, loss of income or lawsuits against the customer because of circumstances beyond the control of Graffco.

 

Warranty does not cover software upgrades or compatibility issues unless otherwise indicate in the original invoice.

 

Warranty is in written form and Graffco, Inc. will not honor any oral statements by its, sales staff, employees, distributors or agents not consistent with the written warranty policy or any additional considerations as notated on the sales order or invoice.

 

Graffco, Inc. retains the right to accept or deny any claim based on reasonable terms.

  • KEYBOARDS, PRINTERS AND BACKLIGHTING LIMITED TO A 90 DAY WARRANTY
